How do I get the templates when I purchase them
You can access your account and directly download all files including bonus, or you will also get email from our support staff.
What are the limitations to the downloaded templates?
There are limitations to what you can do with your downloads, such as the following: Sublicensing, selling, or renting any of the templates from the website, including their modified versions are not allowed. Distributing of templates is prohibited unless expressly authorized by ProjectManagers.biz Including template from the website in an online or offline database or file is similarly illegal as stated under the license agreement.
How much of the files are editable?
All files are fully customizable, that allows users to crop, resize, add images, replace fonts, or add graphic elements, colors, and text to the basic template.
What happens after my 1 year inclusive support & updates expires?
All package purchases of the PPT slides include 1 year of support, new activation codes and updates. This means during your first year you can email us at any time to get help with issues or questions related to your use of the Excel accounting template. You will also receive any updates to the PPT template we release, including bug fixes, compatibility updates and new feature additions. When your inclusive one year is close to expiring, we will let you know and you can renew for another year for a reduced fee if you purchase within 60 days of your original license expiration date. The SOLO package renewal is $50, After the 60 day window has expired, all renewals are at full package price.
Do you provide lifetime support and updates?
We do not offer lifetime support & updates on any of our products. Product include one year of inclusive support, new activation codes and updates. After this time you will have the option to renew your updates license if you wish to continue receiving the latest product updates, new activation codes and be eligible for support.
Do I need Microsoft PowerPoint to use the Project Management (PPT)?
Yes you do. The PowerPoint requires Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 or higer (PC) or PowerPoint 2011 or higher (Mac). Once you have PowerPoint installed on your computer – you are ready to use the PPT template. We recommend using the latest version of PowerPoint, which currently is PowerPoint 2016 or 365.
